What Makes Our 4Ps Evaluation
Our review methodology uses the 4Ps evaluation approach, designed to provide an unbiased and qualitative assessment of different EOR platforms. We review core features of each platform, assigning descriptive labels that clearly highlight their strengths and unique qualities. This involves considering the following 4 key categories:
- Platform Experience (technology & user experience)
- Performance (service features & functionality)
- Presence (coverage of locations)
- Pricing (transparency & value)
Each EOR provider is categorized with a specific label as part of our 4Ps evaluation that assesses their performance, presence, pricing, and platform experience.

Evaluation focus: we examine how well the platform manages essential employment tasks such as processing payroll, administering employee benefits, handling tax management, and streamlining onboarding and offboarding processes. We pay special attention to unique features that set the platform apart, such as automation tools that reduce manual work, advanced analytics for better decision-making, and customization options to tailor the service to specific business needs. Additionally, we evaluate the platformâs ability to accommodate various employment types, including full-time employees and contractors, and assess its capability to operate effectively across multiple countries and regions.

A critical part of our assessment is the platform’s presence in specific countries. Our evaluation focuses on whether the costs are reasonable and align with the value the platform delivers. We also look for signs of hidden fees or overly complex pricing structures that might make it difficult for businesses to understand the true cost of the service. Transparency and cost-effectiveness are key factors in our assessment, ensuring businesses get fair value for their investment.
